We comply with Business & Professions Code Section 6400 pertaining to Legal Document Assistants. Many other "Legal Doc Prep Services" don't. We are registered & bonded as required by the State of California.
California law authorizes non-attorneys called "Legal Document Assistants" to prepare forms for consumers who wish to handle their own business and legal affairs.
Luz is a Paralegal pursuant to California Business and Professions Code Section 6450(c)(2). Paralegal services are provided under contract with a licensed California attorney.
